Return Policy

 

At Sock Affairs, you can return your order if you change your mind or encounter any issues. Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, without the need to provide any justification.

To be eligible, items must:

• Not have been used

• Be in good condition, with original tags and packaging

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@sockaffairs.com with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return. The refund will be processed within 14 days of your notification, but we may withhold it until the products are received or proof of return is provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, we accept returns up to 60 days after delivery, as long as the items haven’t been used and are in resalable condition. In cases of manufacturing defects or quality issues, returns are accepted at any time.
